Sirene 73% Mayan Spice Dark Chocolate

Sirene 73% Mayan Spice Dark Chocolate

CA$9.99

Maker: Sirene. Based in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Cacao Origin: Lachua, Guatemala.

Ingredients: Organic Cacao Beans, Organic Cane Sugar, Chili, Garlic, Cilantro.

Flavour: A wonderful spicy savoury flavour that works very well with the Guatemalan cacao. The chocolate flavour comes through first, and the spice slowly creeps in. The spice is comfortable, and does not kill the chocolate flavour. You don’t taste the garlic and cilantro flavour per se. They are there to offer a more well-rounded savoury flavour, but are not too pronounced. However, if you are those people that detest Cilantro, you will likely pick up on the cilantro here.

Made in a nut free facility, soy free, gluten free, milk free (though made in a facility that used milk powder so may contain traces).

Ingredients & Allergens

Shipping

Although I do my best to coordinate shipping time estimates with my shipping carriers, I can not and will not guarantee any shipment date or time. The customer will receive a tracking number after the order has shipped, and it it will be up to the customer to follow through with any shipping issues.

It is up to you to include the exact and correct shipping address including all information such as apartment number and postal code. If possible, also include buzzer code and other helpful delivery information. If a shipment was sent to an incorrect or incomplete address due to error on the customers end, I will do my best to help the customer intercept and fix the issue, but I cannot guarantee the shipment will arrive on time or arrive at all. This will depend on the carrier and how you resolve it with them. If the shipment does not arrive at all or not arrive on time the customer will not receive any refund or store credit, and it will be up to the customer to purchase the bars again if they wish.

If there was any shipping error on the part of Bean To Bar World then we will find the best way to rectify the situation, which may include a refund or store credit.

Shipping & Weather

Your order may be canceled or postponed if the shipper feels the chocolates will not arrive in optimal condition due to weather conditions such as high temperatures where the order is shipped from or shipped to. If you would like protective packaging which will better preserve your product during high temperatures (but not guarantee it), you may purchase this addition separately before checkout.

You take it upon yourself to order chocolate at your own risk. I will do my best to alert you of potential high temperatures during shipping that may melt or interfere with the quality of the chocolate. However, it’s up to you, and Bean To Bar World will not be held responsible for products that arrive out of temper, especially after an alert by Bean To Bar World.

No Refunds or Exchanges Due To Personal Preference

All chocolate products are final sale. There will be no refunds or exchanges for any chocolate or cacao product deemed unsatisfactory due to flavour, texture, or quality. Fine chocolate opens a world of flavours and textures that some may not find favorable due to personal preferences. I do my best to curate what I feel are incredible high quality bars, however, some products may be quite unique and interesting. This is part of the excitement of craft chocolate.
