My job had a virtual chocolate tasting as a fundraiser and it went wonderfully! The variety of chocolates sent were unique and the explanations from Geoseph about where each chocolate came from and the differences between them were so interesting! it taught me so much I didn't know about the history and process of chocolate and I now will be searching for Ecuadorian chocolate over others because of what I tasted!
