Chocolate Demo Add-On

Cost: $150

Demonstration of chocolate making using a table-top chocolate refiner. Includes cocoa nibs, sugar, cocoa butter, and a demo where I demonstrate how to make chocolate. Depending on the size/format of the group, participants can add ingredients themselves. Guests will be able to taste the "rustic" chocolate. Requires access to two 3-prong outlets.

Prices do not include HST. A travel fee may also be included which will be made clear beforhand.

Note: Can accomodate most dietary requests. If you wish to have a powerpoint presentation, you would provide the equipment.

+ Pricing for Pairings

Pricing for pairings will depend on what you wish to pair with, and the number of people. Certain pairings are more suitable for smaller groups (such as tea). Please inquire.

Potential pairings with chocolate include: Wine, Beer, Cheese, Tea, Dried Fruits & Nuts, Non-alcoholic wine/beer.

Guests would have to provide own alcohol, but I can make recommendations. If you have an idea of the pairing you wish to have, let me know.

+ Add-ons & Gift Bags

You may also add-on gift bags or items as well, which can make for a grat takeaway for your guests. This may include flavour wheel keepsake, full bars, hot chocolate mix or discs, cacao fruit puree, jar of gianduja, or others.

+ The Location/Venu

For off-site, it is assumed you will provide the venu/location. If you require assistance in finding a third party venu, please let me know and I can try and help with that if possible.
