Last night we had a wonderful tea and chocolate pairing. Even though l eventually picked the pairings it was Geoseph’s advice on which bars to try that made the evening a success.
He spent a lot of time explaining tea tasting to me and our chocolate lovers society is extremely grateful for his help in providing the right bars.
