Cacaosuyo produces a spectacular range of chocolate. Many people today overgeneralize the flavour of single origin chocolate based on cacao country of origin. Cacaosuyo does a fabulous job of breaking that misconception by creating a range of only Peruvian origin chocolate bars with beautiful yet very distinct flavours. Each bar is very different, yet exquisite in its own way. Their milk chocolate is also one of a kind, and is often one of the favourites in my virtual chocolate tastings.
Founders Edward Lanfranco and Samir Giha journeyed deep into the know-how of fine bean-to-bar chocolate making. Their work has really paid off, as today their chocolate is being sought after around the world. Sometimes I receive orders that only include Cacaosuyo bars, and having them shipped half-way around the world!
