Kasama chocolate was founded by 4 friends, one of which inherited some land in the Philippines that happened to have some cacao trees growing on it. Upon learning what they were, and that chocolate can be made from them, they began their journey of bean to bar craft chocolate.
Today, they have a line of single origin dark chocolate, some of which are made from Filipino cacao beans. Many of their flavoured bars also focus on Filipino and South East Asian flavours, such as their Kape Espresso bar, made with Filipino cacao and Filipino coffee beans, their mango bar, durian bar, and many others. They also enjoy infusing various spirits into their nibs, and creating a line of whiskey, scotch, and gin bars as well.
