I recently received my order, always an exciting moment. The bars are always carefully packed so they usually arrive in perfect condition.
When l was ordering from other suppliers l was sure to get bars that were very disappointing. Not so with Geoseph. He is more then just knowledgeable, he seems to be able to remember details of every bar he sells. Once you learn to ask the right questions his advice is always good. No more disappointments.
Also by the time you have eaten your way through your order he has brought in enough new bars to fill another order. Eating chocolate has never been so good.

My team a great time at this virtual chocolate tasting. The facilitator was fantastic, sharing his knowledge and passion about chocolate. He walked us through its history, broke down the science behind each flavor, and made the whole experience fun and interactive.

What really stood out was how he got everyone chatting and thinking about what we were tasting. It wasn’t just about eating chocolate — it was about truly appreciating it. We learned a ton, had some great conversations, and, of course, enjoyed some incredible chocolate. Highly recommend!

I recently took Geoseph's Chocolate Tasting Lesson virtually, and it exceeded all expectations! Despite being an online experience, it felt incredibly engaging and personal. Geoseph’s expertise truly shone through as he guided us through the tasting, offering insightful details about the origins, textures, and flavors of each chocolate. The virtual format didn’t take away from the experience at all—Geoseph made sure we felt connected and involved, encouraging us to share our thoughts and ask questions throughout the session.

The chocolates we received beforehand were of the highest quality, and the tasting was well-paced, allowing plenty of time to savor each one. Geoseph’s passion for chocolate was contagious, and I loved learning about the different tasting techniques, as well as discovering how subtle variations in flavor can make all the difference.

The world of dark chocolate bars, even the pure dark chocolate bars that I have enjoyed for some 25 years, is vast. Most countries within 20 degrees north and south of the Equator grow cacao, and practically all countries make and sell dark chocolate bars from that cacao. With the low barrier to starting a single-origin or bean-to-bar chocolate company, and the growing interest globally in doing so, gatekeepers or tastemakers like Geoseph Domenichiello are essential for discerning customers. His selection and curation of the best and most interesting bars are exemplary and endlessly fascinating, and his service is superb, even when shipped across a border. Until I have the opportunity and privilege of visiting his shop up north, this note will have to serve as my compliment on his excellent work in a very specialized field.
