New Bars. New Brands. New Content coming also!

Hello everyone! Geoseph here. Just wanted to point out that there are new brands and new bars popping up in the online shop. Be sure to check them out.

You may notice some very popular bean-to-bar brands don’t exist here. The truth is, there are many brands that do incredible jobs, and some of the very popular ones are great - but some are not so great. I do my best to showcase well crafted bean-to-bar chocolate from makers big and small, and of various styles. I’m introducing some new bars from Pump Street, Soma, and Sirene, as well as introducing new brands such as Allo Simonne from Montreal, Nordic Chocolate from Sweden, Elsa Cacao & Chocolate from Belgium, and perhaps a few more… Stay tuned.

Many people ask if I try all the products I sell here. Absolutely! You have to know and beleive in the products you sell - especially when it comes to bean-to-bar chocolate brands.

Also be sure to watch the informative interviews of makers and other bean-to-bar people in the industry who are doing incredible work creating some of the best chocolate and cacao products in the world today.

There will also be more new content in the Learning Center as well, so stay tuned. Also, always feel as though you can reach out and ask me questions, or offer ideas of what you’d like to see more of here content or product wise. I’m always open to hearing what you are looking for.
