Heinde & Verre Chocolate back in stock! Sublime chocolate made in The Netherlands.

Heinde & Verre are one of my favourite chocolate makers. Incredibly kind and intelligent gentlemen who only put out chocolate they are 100% satisfied with. My current top favourites of theirs are their 71% Venezuela and 71% Pearl of Ecuador. And for those who can handle the high percentage bars, their 100% Ecuador is aromatic without the actual bitterness you find in many other 100% bars (although there is an intensity to it for those not accustomed to unsweetened chocolate).

Manufactured in Rotterdam, Heinde & Verre means “Here and There” since they use local Dutch sugar and milk (the “Here”) while the “Their” represents their sourcing of fragrant ethical cacao from around the world.

If you have not tried Heinde & Verre, I encourage you to do so! Each package contains two individually wrapped bars, so that you can save one for longer (or share with a friend - if that’s even possible!). Their style is silky smooth for those who require a smooth texture in their chocolate. Melts beautifully with a cup of green or white tea.
