Excited to carry a line of unique bars from The Organic House chocolate maker based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
A beautiful line of single-origin darks, including their 100% Philippines which is divine. The Organic House uses their signature coconut flower nectar sugar, which offers a healthier alternative to refined white sugar.
Deanne also comes from a culinary background, unlike many other chocolate makers interestingly enough, and brings in her expert skills of combining flavours to chocolate making. This is a skill that not all chocolate makers are able to posses. Many can do a great job creating unflavoured single-origin bars, but struggle when it comes to balancing their chocolate with other foods and flavours. Deanne can achieve just that! This is why she has a very interesting and delicious line of savoury and unusual flavours such as tomato basil, onion, dill, and BBQ.
