This is a limited edition micro batch bar, and are smaller than the average 9th & Larkin bar weighing 33g (1.2 oz) instead of 65g.

Suggested Flavour Notes: The Zorazal cocoa beans have a light fruity and almost floral essence with some toasty undertones, which pairs very nicely with the Yuzu from Ehime Prefecture in Japan. For those who have not tried Yuzu, the zest has a very floral essence that is perhaps similar to a blend of lemon zest and tangerine zest.
