I signed up for a private, zoom tutorial to work on my tempering skills. Geoseph walked me through techniques, we discussed recipes, tips and tricks, and he offered feedback on the completed chocolates. After I finished, I was able to successfully temper three batches of a recipe I was struggling with. I feel much more confident and look forward to working on my new techniques. Once I master tempering, I’ll probably reach out to work on other skills as well. Great class! Thank you!
