Cacao Origin: Ingemann Fine Cacao in La Dalia region of Nicaragua, and are classified as Heirloom by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund. Beans are naturally fermented and sun dried. Ingemann Fine Cacao has been involved with cacao since 2013 after years of involvement in honey. They allow access to over 1000 cacao producers, and benefits over 5000 workers in Nicaragua.
Ingredients: Organic Cacao Beans, Organic Cacao Butter, Organic Cane Sugar.
Suggested Flavour Notes: Nutty, Spicy, Olive, Citrus. Others suggest Baked, Hazelnut Butter, Woody.
