Matt & Elizabeth focus on organic ingredients and seasonal local fruits to their flavoured chocolates. They have a line of single origin snacking chocolate, as well as flavoured bars. Their milk and white chocolates are plant-based and use ingredients such as almonds or oats instead of dairy milk. Their skills from their culinary background come together here as they play around with combining unique ingredients into their flavoured chocolate bars.
