Which country exports the most chocolate?

According to Statista.com, Belgium exports the most chocolate worldwide as of 2021. This could come as no surprise, as some of the most widely used brands of chocolate are based in Belgium or owned by Belgium companies. A surprise to many would be countries like Poland or Canada in the top 5. Not countries we associated with chocolate very often.

Keep in mind this is production of all qualities of chocolate, not specific to fine bean-to-bar chocolate makers. If we looked at output of fine or craft chocolate, the graph would look strikingly different I’m sure.
