Making marsala wine bonbons

Dark chocolate ganache made with a blend of PNG & Venezuela micro batch chocolate. Added some Marsala wine, a sweet unique wine from Sicily. Adding alcohol to your ganaches does help prolong their shelf life. It also adds a nice zing!
