UPDATE: New Blog - Quick Facts!

I am starting up a new blog/page on this website that will focus on quick facts about chocolate and cacao. Sometimes you may be searching for a quick answer, such what is a truffle, where did chocolate originate, or what pollinates cacao, or how big does a cacao tree grow.

Obviously, these answers can be found in my research or FAQ & Myth blogs, but you will have to read through some lengthy articles to find what you’re looking for. This new page/blog provides you with more to-the-point immediate answers to some of your basic chocolate and cacao questions.

You can find it in the Free Academy either by going to the academy home page, or in the dropdown menu in the navigation.
