Each Virtual Tasting Is Unique

It’s always exciting to host a virtual tasting. Each group has it’s own dynamics, which makes every tasting unique in the approach.

This group had some incredible bars to enjoy, and they learned a great deal along the way. I love to hear their interpretation of the flavour profiles, and see how they parallel one another.

Many people think that when it comes to tasting fine chocolate, there is only a small set of right answers. This is far from the truth. Many times, the tasters and myself disagree with some of the “suggested flavours” on the bars, and sometimes we agree 100%. Fascinating!
