Trying a new maker: Xoco from Kuwait

I often get asked to try bars from new makers. You don’t often hear of bean-to-bar chocolate from the Middle East, and so I was intrigued.

I have to say, that there were some very wonderful flavour profiles in these bars! The El Salvador was quite warming and wonderful with notes of sweet spice and baked pastry. The milk chocolate bars were also very well done.

Although I won’t be adding these bars at this moment, I do hope this maker continues as they are off to a great start!
