Admiring the craftsmanship

Sometimes when I am preparing samples for my next tasting, I can’t help but appreciate the craftsmanship of the chocolate bars. The care in the design, and the allure of the wrapper as well.

Those that know me know that I don’t put much emphasis on the packaging, only because I like to highlight what is most important. However, that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the hard work involved in putting together a well presented fine chocolate bar!

This is a bar made by Cuna De Piedra based in Mexico. Their heirloom chili bar is magnificent.
