Meet Myio!

Hello! My name is Myio, and I’m a midge. Midges are important little insects which pollinate cacao flowers around the world. Without us midges, you would have no chocolate. Imagine that! There’s a ton of information on cacao and chocolate I can’t wait to share with you.

I’m new here at Bean To Bar World, but not new to chocolate. I look forward to getting to know all of you and to share information about the world of craft bean-to-bar chocolate!
