My wife and I had an extraordinarily instructive and delightful online choc tasting experience today with Geoseph. He's a master and a great teacher, and we came away from this experience with heightened appreciation for tasting in general, and for fine-quality chocolates and chocolate-makers. Wow!

Our beautifully-packaged box with the samples arrived in the mail a few days earlier, allowing us time to prepare and anticipate.

The cost? There's about $40 of fine choc in that box, not counting the shipping, so this tasting lesson would seem to be grounded primarily in Geoseph's desire to teach others about the delights of fine quality cacao and chocolate.

I can see a tasting session like this working really well for a small group, or family, with everyone experiencing the tastes differently. Order boxes for everyone and come prepared to learn and laugh.

Did a tasting with Geoseph. He gave us a good overview of artisanal chocolate and it opened up a whole new world. Had no idea I was basically having fast-food level chocolate all my life. That's not a knock, I love fast food too, but imagine having a home cooked meal after eating Wendy's all your life. Great experience.

If you have trouble tempering, go to Geoseph! He’s helped me so much with my tempering issues. So many little facets I didn’t know about, that I never read about in my books. He’s very patient and made me feel comfortable very quickly.

I’m not a huge dark chocolate lover, but I received a gift from Bean To Bar World from a friend, and they didn’t know I don’t like dark chocolate. I never had dark chocolate this good before!
