Spent the morning with Geoseph learning all about chocolate, in a beautiful venue in Salmon Arm. There is so much more about fine chocolate than I ever expected and Geoseph is a knowledgeable, experienced, fun chocolatier to learn it from. The taste testing was amazing, and I have already cracked open the bars I was able to purchase at the end of the class. Thank you Geoseph for all you do, see you again in the fall for the Truffle Making Class.
