Champagne Bottle & Truffles

You will make a hollow champagne bottle and fill it with champagne chocolate truffles. Geoseph will demo a tempering of the chocolate, and each guest will fill and cast their own champagne bottle molds. Guests will also make a champagne ganache truffles, and then assemble them into the bottle.

Ingredients will include dark chocolate, milk chocolate, champagne, and dairy.
