Cacao Origin: Criollo cacao from Pichucalco, Chiapas, Mexico
Ingredients: Cacao, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Oats, Coffee.
This bar is a collaboration with Kakoa and Postales de Café, who has been producing quality coffee for over 135 years. These coffee beans come from Finca Hamburgo. Today they focus on sustainable practices and social/environmental efforts which benefit about 1,000 people in the community of the highlands of Soconusco, Chiapas.
Bars by Kakoa are lightly roasted with a shorter refining time giving them a more untamed and vibrant flavour and texture.
