Cacao Origin: Cacao is from Sanduki Co-op in the Bundibugyo region of West Uganda, and is a blend of Trinitario and Forastero beans.

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate 70% (Cacao Beans 60%, Cane Sugar 30%, Cacao Butter 10%); Blackcurrant Wine (red, sweet; contains sulfites).

Suggested Flavour Notes: A very lovely and obvious black currant wine flavour, which pairs nicely with the honey, fruit, wine aromas of this Uganda origin cocoa bean.

The nibs of these beans are aged in local Polish Blackcurrant Wine, and then dried and ground into chocolate, maintaining the aromas from the wine.
