+ What can I do with my voucher?

This is up to you. Usually people receive the voucher from an interactive gift box, or from another product or service where it was included, such as with the Bean To Bar Compass.

You can use the 30 free minutes to discuss your products, ask questions about them, or even get some tastings tips with your chocolate bars. You may just want to better understand bean-to-bar chocolate and have many different chocolated related questions.

Now is your chance to speak 1-on-1 with a professional about all these things!

+ How does the voucher work?

You will see an orange "coupon" button at the top of the form before you select your time zone and session date. Click on it, enter the code you have, and press apply.

Select your date and time, and proceed to finish the form. Your checkout will be $0 dollars.

If you added on more time, any additional time will cost $20 per 30 minutes. This is for those who know they want to spend more than 30 minutes.

+ What if I want to chat for more than 30 minutes?

No problem! You will see on the booking form, after selecting your date, you can check off how much time you would like to add on. The first 30 minutes is free, but additional time is $20 per 30 minutes.

Perhaps you have a gift box with many bars, and want to turn this 30 minute session into a longer guided chocolate tasting. No problem! That can be arranged. Just specify in the notes section when you book exactly what you are wanting.

+ Can I use this for virtual lessons such as chocolatier work?

Yes, you may. Generally these vouchers are for those who want to discuss questions they have about products, questions about chocolate, etc.

However, you may be interested in booking a lesson pertaining to chocolatier work or chocolate making. You can do that as well, just enter your coupon code in the orange cupon box when you're selecting your date.

+ What if my english isn't very good?

I conduct all the virtual chats in English. If you think you may have trouble understanding, but really want to chat, you are more than welcome to have a friend or family member join in (either physically or virutally) who can help translate for you!

+ How does the virtual live chat work?

After you book, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours with the Zoom link. You will click on this link on the day and time of your session. There is no fee associated with using this link. You may be asked by Zoom to download features on your device.
