Ganache Making - Hand Rolled Truffles
+ What's Covered?
We will make a simple, firm ganache or two. Once made, we will have to allow it to cool in the fridge or freezer (in which case we may take a break in the session so you don't eat up your time). Afterwards you will pinch and roll them into cocoa powder or some other coating.
+ What Equipment or ingredients will I need?
Small pot to boil cream
Rubber spatula
Whisk
Medium and small bowl
Couple small table or tea spoons
Bain-Marie or Microwave to melt chocolate if needed
+ How Long Should I Book?
If you have never made ganache before, I would suggest 1 hour to start. If you need more time, we can continue the lesson and you can pay afterwards.
If you want to make multiple ganaches, then you will require more time as well. Ask me in the questionnaire when you book if you are unsure.
+ Is This Good For Beginners?
Yes! Anyone can make these.
