Colouring - Spraying

We will go over how to prepare your cocoa butter for spraying, and how to spray using your spray gun. You must have a spray gun and compressor. If you don't and need to know what to buy, I can help direct you to some options.

You should already know how to temper chocolate.

+ How Long Should I Book?

I would say at least an hour if you have never done this, but it may run longer.

If you want to colour and cast, I would suggest closer to 2 hours or so.

+ Is This Good For Beginners?

You will need to know how to temper well, and it may take a few attempts to really nail it.
