Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Nibs, Organic Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Milk Powder, Salt.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Caramel, Malt, Jasmine.

This cacao is produced by farmers in Northern Haiti part of Produits Des Iles SA (PISA) which connects and trains nearly 1500 farmers in the region to produce this lovely cacao. Haitian farmers refer to “Creole gardens” as areas less than an acre which form dense mini-forests where various trees grow in harmony shading the cacao trees allowing for a biodiverse and rich ecosystem.
