The tasting will be interaction throughout depending on the size of the group, and feedback and questions are welcome! The smaller the group, the more interactive the tasting can be.
You have 3 kits to choose from. The tastings focus on dark chocolate, but milk and flavoured chocolates will be included as well.
You can specify types of chocolates, flavours, as well as any dietary requirements (no dairy, no nuts, vegan, gluten free, alcohol free, etc.). If you have specific custom requests, please don't hesitate to ask, and I can do my best to accomodate.
All the chocolate used is made with fairly traded cacao, and organic where possible. Ingredients are simple, real, and natural.

It will work similar to the virtual chocolate tasting, but at some point will incorporate the paired drink or food. We will analyze the chocolates first, and then taste them again with the drink or food to see how they interact and play with our perception of the flavours.
The drinks or foods you wish to pair with, and how many of each you wish to use, can be accomodated. You will have a chance in the reservation form to write down specifics or questions you have.

The recipe is simple, and requires only minimal tools. However, each person would need access to a stove/microwave to boil the cream and a freezer to chill the ganache.
It's a fun way to learn about chocolate while working with your hands and getting a little messy!
I only supply the dry ingredients, and your guests will need to source the wet. All the chocolate used is made with fairly traded cacao, and organic where possible. Ingredients are simple, real, and natural.
