Geoseph will guide you through a scrumptious and educational virtual chocolate tasting. You will meet on Zoom with others and learn about the history, process, and neurogastronomy of fine chocolate. Learn the difference between commercial chocolate and fine bean-to-bar chocolate. The tasting will include:

  1. 16 samples of cacao and fine chocolate made from award winning bean-to-bar makers from around the world

  2. 1.5 Hour session on Zoom
