UPDATE: Virtual Class- Truffle Making!

If you’re looking for a fun class for your team, friends, or just something delicious to do, then look into my new virtual class.

This is a traditional truffle making class, with a brief short chocolate tasting within it. It requires very minimal ingredients, and everyday household tools like a whisk/spatula, small pot, bowls, etc.

It’s a great way to have fun while you learn a skill, and connect with your guests. The tastings are hosted by myself, and with my nearly 15 years of chocolatier experience, I have lots of excellent tips and a practical easy to follow method.

Tasting kits come with everything you need except the cream! Cream can also be easily substituted to make the recipe vegan/plant-based.
