Have you tried the chocolate tasting playlists?

If you have ever engaged in a tasting with me, virtually or in-person, you will know I incorporate music into almost everything I do. Why?

The world of fine chocolate is still very new and misunderstood by most, and using analogies related to music is a great way to understand the concepts of fine chocolate.

Not only that, but there is a strong emotional aspect with food and in particular flavour. Therefore, music is a great way to connect with the flavours and the knowledge that go along with fine chocolate.

This is also why most of the playlists are in various languages including Spanish, French, Filipino, Indian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and more! Use these playlists and choose a song you love as you enjoy a chocolate bar from a specific country, or made with cocoa beans from a specific country.

This new world of fine chocolate allows people from all over the world to start making chocolate unique to their cultural palates and flavour (and even texture) preferences. It’s a new era of chocolate that goes beyond the chocolate you likely experienced growing up.

So! Try these playlists or find your own that connect you to the chocolate, allow you to enjoy the chocolate more slowly, and appreciate the flavour at a deeper and more meaningful level. Elevate your satisfaction with chocolate!

The playlists can be found in the Free Learning Center.
