Bean To Bar World is exciting to be sharing with you interviews from makers all around the world. I find many who appreciate fine chocolate also want to know the stories and people behind their bars. These incredible bars do not appear out thin air. There’s a chain of events and people which come together to creating some so simple yet so profound as a fine single-origin chocolate bar. The interviews also touch on aspects of chocolate making, struggles of the bean-to-bar world, and wonderful ideas put forth by these passionate chocolate entrepreneurs.
