Chocolate DJ. Playing with cacao aromas.

This is the lid of my refiner after a few days of non-stop grinding. Always reminds me of an old-fashioned record. Not just the fact that it is dark, round, and flat like a a vinyl disk, but also because the chocolate stuck to it is full of a range of flavour notes, just as a record has a range of musical notes.
