Chocolate Tasting Kits Galore

I’ve made thousands of chocolate tasting kits, not including in-person flights over my years. It may sound repetitive and boring, but I get excited for every order. I imagine the new people I will meet, and I think up new ways of trying to teach these people all the important aspects of fine chocolate. I only have about an hour or so, and it may be the first and last time someone takes a chocolate tasting, so I have to make it count! Fifteen years of knowledge and experience to condense into one session - not an easy task for someone who loves to talk about their area of expertise.

For me, no matter how many times I do this, and how long I’ve been doing this, I always seem room for improvement. Although it’s a lot more work to change gears and re-invent, for me it’s the fuel that keeps me going.

My ultimate goal here is not simply to turn a profit and have fun doing so, but to share my passion of fine chocolate and showcase the incredible work of chocolate makers, growers, and everyone in the bean-to-bar chocolate world!
