Canadian Chocolate Maker, Wallace Chocolate, now in store!

Mark, owner of Wallace Chocolate, has worked in West Africa for years working closely with the cacao farmers there. Today, he has embarked on producing his own line of chocolate made from ethical sources.

This includes cacao from Liberia he direct trades thanks to the relationships he built while living in Africa. Liberia is not an origin you come across often, so worth a try. He produces them in a high percentage dark and a milk chocolate version.
